The server seems to have gone down - would not surprise me if someone tried to brute force/dos/attack it.. or it may be just a coincidence. I'd wait until it's back up.

I have two numbers and an instruction on how to input them, but still no clue how to apply it to the lock if it enforces going in +1 increments and space seems to small for the possible encoding I can think of

Perhaps this is a simple question, but I'm new to these kinds of puzzles and I really enjoy them, even though it takes me hours to solve them.
The locations above the reindeer now make sense, but what do the mysterious letters at the bottom mean? They don't seem logical to me, and Google Lens and Image to Text doesn't display any indications/hints either. Does the Youtube Video have a deeper meaning or is it just there for the Lockee stuff?
Or is the Youtube Video completely unrelated and I'm overthinking it once again? :D

The content of the youtube video is just to set the medieval mood. Everything else is the puzzle :). Note that these puzzles are rarely self-contained. We all know you're sitting in front of a machine that gives you access to a searchable internet... Make use of it!

Yeah, but what am I supposed to search? I can have the whole Internet presented in front of me, but without a proper hint I'm unable to find out. Google Lens doesn't help, googling Image to Text offers me this:

So what am I supposed to search? "Google please tell me what these random unknown hieroglyphs mean please thanks"? :D
If Google Lens doesn't know what these symbols are, how am I supposed to know what to search on?

This one is not 'by the book' this one is just an 'OK, what do I know - or can find out - about the things presented to me'. We also got one two solver(s) who straight up decoded things without spending time to research the clues - they just understood the nature of the encryption and went straight for the solution...

Great for them, but that's not helping me in the slightest sadly. I see coordinates and random letters and try to Google on them for two hours plus. Googling them isn't helping, Google Lens, doesn't know them and Image to Text decryption offers me nothing of value in return either. If google has never seen these signs, what am I supposed to search for then if I only have these coordinates that leads me to Austria?
I had hours to try the other one, at least, but I don't have any strategy or reasoning for this one. Without a proper clue I sadly have to skip this one as I can't find out anything with the stuff presented to me.
