Giving away games from different platforms

So people can't give games away from GOG,Origin or Uplay on here? I started to wonder this once I stumbled upon some people telling someone that. Just wanted to get some clarification. Thanks

It is called STEAM gifts, not origin gifts, nor Uplay gifts ;)
So, yes, it's only cd-keys or gifts valid to STEAM platform, hope I could help. ;)

If you have any cd-key for other platforms and you wish to give them away, you can always post the cd-keys in a forum discussion and let the fastest ninja get it ;)
