Most Steam bundles will not give you extra giftable copies, but a few give you one or more games. The Half-Life bundles can give you extra copies of Half-Life 2 and Episode 1 for example.

Owning l4d1 or portal 1 and getting the package of both games, gives you a spare of the originals as well too but that's about it.

I can only think of maybe 2 times where spares were given from a non Valve published title and that was from humble bundle (poker night 1 and... game of thrones) if you redeemed the bundle from humble and owned the games previously.

Torchlight also triggered that, and from Steam store bundles, the Fallout and Serious Sam series bundles also give extra gift copies.
