Redrum: Time Lies now has Reduced CV as of the start of this bundle, according to the Create GA page.
I thought build-a-bundle or pick and mix sales were excluded from factors that determine Reduced CV? If that's incorrect, I've heard & seen when Reduced CV is applied to bundle games that effectively discount a game at 90-95%+, so I guess from that perspective SG support/mods use the best deal out of this build a bundle, which here would be $0.38 per game @ 8 games, and therefore is greater than 90% discount?

The discount is high enough to match the criteria of bundled games
Ok it makes sense that the discount has to be high enough to match bundled games criteria, as even the lowest possible discount in this build-a-bundle is 93% for Redrum (at 2 games for $1). But lets consider another inevitable scenario:
There will be future pick-and-mix sales, like Fanatical has had lately, that have varying discounts at various quantities of unique games bought. Is the lowest or highest/best discount used for purposes of determining whether a discount is "high enough" for Reduced CV?
