It was from the early unlocks on the April Humblebundle. I would say a stolen card was used to buy the bundle.

You can get it for $12 and several more titles.
Try to contact your seller. He's probably no stranger to that chargeback, though.

There is nothing Valve can do for you.
Also, you must have received a confirmation email when you redeemed your key.

Long story short i bought Mafia 3 from some guy(he had over 100 + .. so i dont want chargeback without talking to him first) on steamtrades. I paid him via PayPal. Today(few weeks later) ,popup showed up with information that Mafia 3 was removed from my account because some payment issue... the thing is that i closed that window and now i don't see any way for getting it back. There's nothing on my email, when i look at the list of all activated keys its like it was never there. I would like to have some prof before i confront him... is there any way to get to this message on my own? or do i have to contact steam directly?
