I have key for a game edition but I can't find it in steamgifts

I'm still relatively new to the site, and I encountered a dilemma. I have 2 keys for Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood Champion of Gaia Edition, but I can only find the Pack/DLC version on the search option. Does this mean I can't do a giveaway for it at all?

In simple, what you linked is a "BUNDLE" and usually you can't gift bundles here, that's why it's not on the list. Not sure if it ever will be.
(basically you can gift /app and /sub but not /bundle)
