I'd probably say Veronica from FO:NV... probably the only good thing to come from to come from that game. Her personality was funny.

I don't think sexual attraction absolutely has to be involved... I mean, for example, I've always liked the look of Sephiroth (Final Fantasy 7) but never fantasized about him. He's badass and cute, but that's all.

So I was chatting with a friend about Fable Anniversary, and I was remembering the epic crush I had on Jack of Blades when the game originally came out (I was 13, and his voice was amazing). We were then talking about weirdly sexy characters in games in general, and I was curious what other people's thoughts were.
I also found Cullen in DA:I ridiculously sexy, even though I don't think his character design is physically attractive at all. It was entirely down to how he acted/his personality, so props to Bioware for the amazing character writing.
