Well, it turns out a fair amount of them can be cheesed--you can do them easily by playing with bots/offline mode.
The DLC thing shouldn't be an issue pretty soon, as they announced that everyone is getting the requisite DLCs when the next update drops on Dec 4.

I sunk over 300 hours on the game and I think I've never bothered to play offline against bots even once, but after all I was like 50 hours in before I tried competitive. I'm the definition of casual :P
I've been taking a break for the last few months so I wasn't aware about they giving the DLC to everyone, maybe this will finally motivate them to make some more decals for Masamune.

If you want to just cheese it then I can help you with it, if you like. Tournaments are dead enough that we could just set up an 8 bracket 1v1 match & have only you & I playing in it & just dick about while you take the win. But if you wanted to win it legit then I can't help as I'm around Platinum IV/Diamond I(Still absolutely potato, though!).

I need a partner at Rocket League.
I'm still kind of a newb -- I'm good enough to be astonished at the poor playing others do at my level (silver/bronze), but bad enough to miss shots, rebounds, etc, fairly frequently.
But I just need one last achievement. The achievement for getting MVP in a tournament match.
EDIT: And you can't get that in 1v1 tournaments.
I'm low-tier enough that no one wants to play with me. Others at my level seem to be afraid of tournaments, and those better than me want someone near their level.
I've invited Steam friends. I've advertised after the end of matches. I've posted in the Steam recruitment forum/discussion. It is hard to find people for this.
