I don't play it, I've never played it and I have no desire to play it. I wanted the link to give to someone I was trading with, they were gonna buy keys at the $2~ for a trade, but it would be better for both me and them if they were gonna spend the same to get more keys.
And please, don't act like I am stupid. If you aren't gonna contribute to my question don't post, grow up a bit people (not aimed at you)

Absolute cheapest (but not in time spent) TF2 keys are from getting items ingame and trading them with someone for a key.
Cheapest TF2 keys (by dollar value) is through the grey market (Paypal). I don't do paypal trades so I don't know any more.
Next cheapest TF2 keys are from the Steam Community Market at around $2.30

The $1.30 ones are through paypal. Selling on the steam market only lets you get steam wallet funds. So people that want cash for other things (like Amazon deals for example, or a cheeseburger) use paypal. But you run the risk of getting scammed.
