I think you'll be able. I remember, back in the day, SoC had some shitty optimization with Dx10 and some graphical settings like sunglare and that, i guess if you turn that off you'll be fine. I hope.

if you already have the game you can as well give it a shot I guess... Though if it's anything like Prypiat then i'd say if you can it'll be at very potato graphics. Btw, "VRAM" is only part of the story, the 650m and the 750Ti both have 2Gb, but one is 4 times as powerful as the other.

I played it with intel GMA 950, with 128MB shared memory and 1 GB RAM, Intel Pentium D, at 1024 x 768 High. You will be alright.
You can increase shared video memory from BIOS, try it. Set it at 256 or 512 if possible.

To be honest "bad" is very... relative and subjective...
For some people 30 fps is good or ok for them... for other people it is horrible...

i played it with a 8800gt years ago and it run "ok" in dx8 or 9.

not sure if you can run it with an igpu.
