Well, currently Watch Dogs 2 is discounted. That game is feckin' gorgeous. Also, Just Cause 3 looks great. Batman Arkham Knight has great particle effects as well.
But the sexiest game of all is probably Dwarf Fortress with vanilla visuals ;)
EDIT: You want owned games? I'll have a look and update in a few moments :)
EDIT 2: Okay, it's still loading... :P

Yeah friend also suggested Arkham Knight, it's one Batman i didn't have (Got Asylum and City).
Can always take in suggestions for games to buy later, though i definitely will go first for final fantasy 12, world of ff and ff 15 (though that one a friend kinda promised me).
Cheers. :) Take a cup of coffee in the meantime. :p

Right, here's what I got:
Domina - Looks good, but doesn't require an amazing GPU.
Maize - Looks pretty alright. Nothing amazing though, but definitely higher fidelity than your GT 430 could handle.
Quantum Break - Great particle effects.
NBA 2K17 - Michael B. Jordan with all his sweaty greatness.
Epistory - Looks great, but maybe you could run it at minimum settings before.
Hitman - Great lighting and textures.
FF13 - Since you have it, might as well see it.
Call of Duty Black Ops III - People talk shit about CoD, but it'll look good and play well.
Those are the releases you owned that came out in 2016 or later. :)

Thanks, yeah maize, i am a sucker for games with bears and well just looked inspired by the movie ted, ran slow on my old pc, but also read in the discussion board it also does for people with a fast card and unfortunately it seems badly optimized, but could try it again.
Finished Epistory already on the old pc, got a bit boring in the end, basically just typing.
Also FF 13 i could run on my old pc (i got a new pc not for nothing after all! :p) was halfway through the first, but quit, not because it was bad (because it's linear) but dunno, just never gotten back to it, definitely need to try all three of them.
Quantum Break could be a good one.
Thanks for the suggestions.

I do and i will and i was working on it.
Factorio has been on my mind awhile but that's not a game for just a few hours, needs a long term commitment and investment (i think), which atm i can't do, although partially i am also afraid it might just be too complicated of a game, does not mean it will lay there forever, but atm there are so much complications in life that for games i need something to relax and not having to really overthink things.
Quantum Break and Maize seems like good suggestions yeah, probably will go for that.

Sleeping dogs and killing floor 2 are over the top, they look and play gorgeous.

almost everything will work decently, but Quantum Break needs a beast of a build just to disable Upscalling

Hey Lugum I'm building my own PC as well, can you tell me which parts you choose? Just being curious. I think I saw you made a thread about it but couldn't find it anymore.
Too many crappy games to filter through in your list (no offense), but Quantum Break should be a good one like many others said before me. Maize was a decent walking simulator, I personally enjoyed it but don't think it will wow you though (graphically or gameplay wise). The bear is actually quite annoying sadly ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That's correct i made a thread about it here. https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/iaicd/my-dream
I am hypersensitive to sound so i just wanted it to be absolutely quiet, some might say like the case is too expensive, but i have no problem filling those hdd slots, this one had a perfect balance for both sound isolation not at the cost of temperatures.
For all parts i looked at (buyer and tech) reviews from several different sites and this was the best i could come up with, with my budget (which already went overboard with).
If i had more money, maybe i would have chosen a different motherboard, but it's already a fine one as it is, and as for a graphics card i would go for a geforce 1080 TI or probably next gen, but i am afraid they will jump to 1500 euro (though rumors are the 1180 TI/2080 TI would have 16gb of DDR6 ram).
Also decided not to go for air cooling as i was afraid for leaks and it would damage parts, but also the pump noise some people tend to hear, the Noctua fan seems to do very well and while not good looking, is one of the best and silent ones.
Still need to look at delidding the processor which could lower temperatures of 20C which could make you overclock it more, although it would lose any warranty, don't know yet if it's really worth it for me.

Thanks for your reply, I was also looking for a quite case, I'm not too bothered with noise but it can get annoying and it's just nicer if it's quiet. I was doubting between the "be quite!" case and "Define R6 Blackout" case, I decided with the latter because I liked it better aesthetically.
Probably will go for 1080 TI too, sad that it's so overpriced due to crypto-currency though.
I'm guessing you meant to say watercooling? From what I've read it's not quieter per se, since the pump and radiator still make nose, mostly just for people that like to overclock. And too much hassle to maintain. I also like Noctua, despite their ugly color schemes :p
I personally don't care for OC-ing at all, it's not worth the hassle for the relative minor gains.

my vote goes to Witcher 3
Tzaar mentioned QB, which is a good one, just less impressive visually, upscaling is enabled by default and everything will look blurry.
With it disabled, the frame rate dips drastically

Only have 1 and 2 on steam, do have 3 on gog (maybe gog connect..), but might as well just wait on a steam copy because of achievements.
Didn't like the first and almost got motion sick because of the camera control, but maybe i needed to try it longer or the third is better concerning that.
As for QB reading on the board some run it absolutely fine on ultra settings, while some are saying the game runs like crap (with a geforce 1080 TI), can't hurt to try though since i already have it.

I have the mobile (and thus nerfed) version of the GTX 960
I get 30-40 fps on Arma 3 (high, not ultimate), and have over 250 hours in SP, so I have never had the netcode issues that some have in MP, and I would recommend it if you like FPS.
Tomb Raider (2013)
Dragon Age Origins Ultimate
American Truck Simulator
Cities Skylines
Skyrim SE--not on ultimate, but well above low
And my three favorite games on steam (but you could run them on your old GPU):
Sid Meier's Pirates Live the Life (2004)
Civilization 3 Complete (2006)
Railroad Tycoon 2 Platinum (2007)
Have fun! :D

Skyrim is on my list, but best to wait for that on the better card to get the most out of that game.
Don't have american truck simulator, do have euro truck simulator, dunno how fun it is driving hours in a truck, but can't hurt to try.
Though probably more fun with a steering wheel i guess.
Tomb Raider could be a good choice.

Skyrim should be just fine on a 960, I played it on a 670 max settings if I remember correctly.
Euro Truck Simulator is the best game ever <3 but it also runs on a potato (my laptop can run it and my laptop is a 6 year old piece of absolute garbage).

if you like mp games, you could always try out https://truckersmp.com/ , which is a mp mod/server for ETS2 & ATS

Rise of the Tomb Raider it's really beautiful, story is kind of meh, but optional tombs have some cool puzzles.
Hitman (the new one) it's also gorgeous.
Max Payne 3 and Farcry 3 (and I supposed 4 too, though I didn't like much story wise) can still hold up pretty well in the graphics department and are very fun games.
And of course, GTAV it's always fun and pretty.
Oh, now I saw you said games you own. Went to check if you have any of those but my internet has been shitty all day, so I'm not sure if you do have it, sorry.
Comment has been collapsed.
No i generally not have alot of AAA games, unless it's been bundled at one point.
I never had the money to spend 20 euro or more on a game on sale, and even now i have money i usually won't, like indie games can be just as fine and i rather have 2-3 games for the same amount.
Comment has been collapsed.
Yeah, I get that, I usually buy most of my AAA a year after it launch when it's on a good sale.
I suggested those because you're looking for good graphics. Though there are some quite beautiful indie games they usually not very demanding. Also most of those can be found in a good price nowadays.
A indie game that I really liked the style was Inside. There's some nice puzzles too.
Oxenfree too and has a great story.

Not sure how much GPU those take but some good ones:
The Long Dark
Mirror's Edge
Borderlands
Alien: Isolation
Ryse: Son of Rome
METAL GEAR RISING: REVENGEANCE
Skyrim
Tomb Raider
Mount & Blade: Warband
Grand Theft Auto IV
Portal 1,2
Xcom 1,2
Ori and the Blind Forest
Torchlight II
Spec Ops: The Line
HITMAN™
Alan Wake
BioShock 1,2
Mafia II
L.A. Noire
Metro 2033

I would wait with Just Cause til you get your new card. It runs a lot better with a card with more than 2GB RAM.
Same goes probably for Batman Arkham Knight but I didn't try that one with my 1060.
Quantum Break should be a really great looking game and doesn't take long to play through.
Killing Floor 2 is graphically good too same for the performance.

That feeling of waiting for your new PC to arrive so you can set it up and bask in its power and glory!
(and play games on it)

Got an email this morning i could pick it up, my dad had other appointments but luckily we barely had enough time to go get it.
But boy is it bigger and heavier then i expected. :p The bios is overwhelming, windows 10 i need to get used to.
Will probably take another 1 - 2 days to install my old hardware from it (the new hardware is already installed), install all software i need and fine tune it. And then i can finally go have some fun with it. :)
Comment has been collapsed.
Yes but even those two days are fun...and further build the excitement until you get to play your first games. =)

SW: Battlefront 1 or 2 ?

Would not know a game that looks better and at the same time running smoothly on any garbage system

There are alot of games i could try but my money went all to my new pc, and while i don't have a graphic card yet, i could probably borrow my dad's 960 gtx till i got my own, coming from a gt 430 i want to really wow myself with graphics, but still enjoy a good gameplay.
The new pc is ordered, but no estimate on when i gonna get it. :x it's weekend for me so i'd wish it would be ready first thing tommorow. :p
Then again loading my game list will probably take ages for most.
I will look at all suggestions though, won't reply on each one, just taking it in.
