Ok. Post your email in one of my giveaways please. (There is a chance it's actually not region locked to SEA but to something else. Sadly it doesn't show the region lock and I have tried to activate it only once ages ago, so don't remember for sure. Sorry about it.)

Main issue though is that people need to have stuff on their wishlist prior to 2016? What do they do with new games?

I believe the wishlist rule is determined by the person giving away the game, so it can be any date they choose...the idea is just for someone not to add it to their wishlist JUST because it's being given away there.

I have a very short wishlist and I don't update it anymore. I don't mind that requirement when gifters ask for it, but Tzell's thread would allow me to look for some games I'd like but I didn't put it on my wishlist. :)

Ungiftable Gift = Game / thing you can not create as giveaway on steamgifts
Could be a game that was removed from giveaway list
