It depends on what you need support for. I think they prioritize certain things that are more important. I reported a someone for using multiple accounts with what I believe is fairly good proof and it hasn't been looked at yet even though I sent it 4 months ago. I requested a reroll a few days ago and I got a response from support about an hour after submitting it.

Edit: A mod must have seen this comment and checked my user report because it has now been closed, but there was no response to me and nothing has been done. I guess the user could be innocent, but it seems highly suspicious.

It was a moderately high level user and it looks like they were just about to move to a higher CV level. I noticed there was a bunch of invite only giveaways created one day and each only had 5 to 7 entries. I started looking at the winners and all of them have only ever won games from this one user. Then I noticed 4 of the accounts were created the exact same day that all these invite only giveaways were created.

Each of these accounts won 2 or 3 games from this user and each account only has a total of 8-10 total entries because the accounts were only used to enter this one users giveaways. There are also a couple other winners that have older accounts, but again all their wins come from this one user and they have a very low number of total entries because they probably don't enter anyone else's giveaways. All 6 accounts have a last login date of just after these giveaways ended a few months ago and have not been used again.

Not too hard to get the answer yourself. 2000-4000 tickets created per month in the past 12 months. Currently around 700 tickets are active (Plus 617 unsuspend requests, but I think they're not really in the caliber of everyday support).

To me, that shows strong activity.

I can't imagine what it was like from April 2015 to Sept 2017 when they were getting around 8-12,000 per month. That's up to 400 per day.

If they all would be reroll requests and all okay with winner commenting about it, and we take 20 seconds to check and reroll, that would be still 2 hours and ~15 minutes worth of tickets D:

I don't think any of my tickets took longer than a day so I'd say they're definitely out there doing their thing. But as Turbo said up there, it might also depend on what the ticket was for. Either way I'm sure they're doing their best. :)

When I needed them they ignored me for 2 weeks. I closed my ticket after it because it was no use anymore. I dont say they are not active, its just I'm not the priority.

Lots of things to do and lots of priorities. These are unpaid people who dedicate a significant part of their free time making sure SG works as it's supposed to be. Give them time and they'll get to it.
