These items can be bought only with Chrono.gg Coins.

Here's how to get them:

  1. Click the Coin from Chrono.gg's front page (it's next to the BUY GAME button)
  2. Spin (=click the coin from the front page) daily to unlock bonus chests. Every 3rd, 7th, 14th, and 30th coin spin gets you even better loot. The free coin spin resets every day at 16:00 UTC and can be used only once per reset. It is not necessary to click it in consecutive days.
  3. Head on over to the Coin Shop and exchange them for the available games.
  4. You can expect around 4300-4400 coins as average every 30 days (sample tables with drops can be found here)

I redeemed Forced Showdown after not getting/missing stuff for a while. Would have preferred Heroes of Hammerwatch. Oh well.

And it gives away yet another copy of Minion Masters. So that's now four of those in my inventory. Worst game (not in terms of quality... I wouldn't know) to be included in humble monthly ever.

Minion Masters is a fun game.
They're giving it away constantly because it needs more players and their monetization strategy makes no sense.
But the game itself is fun.

In my opinion it isn't worth more than 3.5k coins at most, so I would advise spending 7.5k coins on something else. Maybe it's just me but I had the chance of playing it a bit somewhere and felt it was mediocre at best.

I'll never forget how they removed Earthfall when it was 60% of remaining keys. They just removed it without reason, and I was waiting for my friends to get enough coins so we could all claim it, but no, gone. Poof.

For future references, buy if you can, don't care about others if it's limited. Better to have like 3 out of 4 of you have the game from coins for free and one buys (maybe even divide costs between 4) than waiting until something happens and everyone has to buy with real money.
