anybody have a guest pass (that you have no need for) I can have to give to my friend that has a new steam account, so he can activate it and be able to trade, so I can give him keys, so he can get games on tf2 outpost?

(run on sentence FTW!)

You can actually try to get the games for your friend and send them to him.
