Borderlands 2 GOTY Cheaper

I just recently bought BL2 GOTY After having played BL2 standalone (no dlc).
I have 43Hrs on BL2
I Bought BL2 GOTY for £11.54 and It's now £7.69

Will I get a refund of SteamSupport?

I've already send a request

I did the same thing with Prison Architect, bought it with 5 eur, now it's 3... for 48 hours. Did anyone here request a refund and got it quickly?

Based on what some friends, steam "friends" and people of SG said, no: you'll get your money back in 4-7 days. I submitted the refund ticket yesterday and it was quickly accepted, but I didn't recieve my money back yet (+the sale on said product is not available anymore; I bought it with visa however). Here I can see that I have 31.61euro under "pending balance": https://store.steampowered.com/account/.

Hopefully I'll get my refund before the deal expires. However, if that does not happen, on the last day of the sale will it be again at 85% off or are they discounting just a certain selection of games?

This is not always the case - if you want it, just buy it now and buy something else when they refund you the money.
