I've seen it over a year ago. I don't know why, but it sometimes happens with them. If I had to guess, I'd say it happens about 10-20% of the time when buying from them.

to reserve the full bundle you must pay 2.5$. It's true that you can also pay 1$, but that is only after the bundle is launched and you can purchase the first tier for 1$ and the full bundle for 4$

I don't think the bad reviews come from the game being bad, it's just that it seems to be quite short (~3 hours). I've played it for about an hour and I'd say it's worth the pre-order considering you get Woolfe and like another 6 games.

Major Edit: Looks very much like this game might be in Be Mine 19 from Groupees. For the same price it is at GamersGate you can get it in a bundle if you pre-order the bundle. I don't believe there's been any officila confirmation that the game will be in the bundle, but it's looking almost certain that it will be.
