I had to wait a day before the code appeared in my orders section. Go to account>your orders> and click on delivery: download.
The unlock key button should be there now.
By the way, is the key row or what? I activated it but the activations and licenses page on my account just says retail.

For those who didn't receive the mail (like me), I've been able to find the key by going:
1/ to the "My account" page
2/ then to the "My orders" folder
3/ click on the "View" link on the top right of the order line (just up the price display)
Hope it helps. Not sure of the wording since it's displayed in my language.

Absolutely Hate bandai. This is a bunch of bullshit. It only works for some. Not all. Could have taken a page from Humble's book. They giveaway Bombercrew, everyone gets it, no issue. Bandai's poorly coded suck website prevents this. Will never support that POS company. Boycotting.

Ok, I finally managed to get it. I apparently missed the email they sent me with a link to "buy" the game, that said I had to VPN to Germany for it to work.

Yes same happen to me if i try to claim the game using the NA store, i singup 2 days ago and still nothing. So i use a VPN, the Opera built-in vpn works fine, and claim the game from the EU store, the process in the EU store is different (and works) there, you have to add the game to your shopping cart (price = FREE) and proced to the checkout, after completing the checkout go to My Account menu and check in the ORDERS tab, the key is there (the email never came for me), you may need to wait 1-2 min to get the red button to reaveal your key.
