Creating a GA when a game has additional DLC (look inside)

When trying to create a GA I type in the games name first, but only DLC and not the base game appear in the options to choose from. The base game needs to be prioritized above DLC so creating GA itself even possible. Could just be a glitch with this certain game as its newly released. The game is Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1

I had this happen too once and found out later the base game was named with "The" in the name but its DLC not.
