i'm just always expecting a decrease at all points in time. that way it's not a disappointment when it happens, you're happy you called it. gotten so used to decreases it's kinda a relief when they come so you know you are just that much more accurate with CV.

It's not unfair at all. There is some time between the game being bundled and the game being added to the bundle list. In that time, people receives full CV, so when they add the game to the bundle list, they retroactively change the CV granted by the game. This affects only giveaways created after the bundle (or heavy discount) came out.
