what's the easiest way to level up?

If you're "poor" Steamgifts shouldn't be a priority. If you're an adult then get a job. If you're a kid find a way to make money such as doing lawns etc. Its not really complicated. No one likes working or doing the things needed to make money but it just has to be done.

If you don’t have the ability to buy games to give away, you can’t level up. There are still plenty of level 0 giveaways that you can enter and try to win. You can see on the giveaway stats page here how many level 0 giveaways have been created compared to the other levels.
