He did die, but was a zombie in one of the DLCs for the game. I imagine with the new DLC, he is still a zombie.

When DID GOTY edition mean all dlc? Most games with a lot of DLC don't include all dlc on their dlc copies of the game.

Since never? Little Big Planet is just one example I know of that was around when the trend started that didn't do it. GOTY edition always meant to be a huge assortment of DLC or all if there isn't many. Borderlands 2 is trying to make money, not just trying to make its fans happy.

Fallout 3/NV
Oblivion*
Borderlands 1
Batman AA/AC
Saints Row 3

and many more.

*maybe not the best example, though none deluxe includes the expansions.

It has been a long standing tradition that "GOTY" means to feature the game and a large collection of DLC. This is why many games, particularly ones with A LOT of DLC, do not include every single DLC. Do you really think someone is going to sell their game and all of it's dlc to be a major discount? Little Big Planet is a prime example to also not featuring all DLC.

Well, that was a short one.

Took 30mins to finish the main quest. At least the Braaaaaaains quest is back, but this time its Brain flavored candies.

Edit: Nevermind, not the same as Braaaaaains. At least the boss is fun to fight, but i don't know if he drops any legendaries.
