Yes, they do. I just bought Counter-Strike Complete (Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, Counter-Strike: Source, Day of Defeat, Deathmatch Classic, Ricochet) for $10. And it's not the first Steamwirks game that I buy from them. You do have to install their client to redeem your key though.

It will, all of the games are 33% off except one game that will be 66% off each day this week. So far, Portal 2, L4D and L4D2 have already been on sale for 66% off, now CS Complete is. The other ones will be 66% off over the next few days (meaning DoD:S will be ~$3.40).

I disagree. Value should go down. I love Baldur's Gate but I don't want to pay 40 dollars for a game that was release 14 years ago, while the developers no longer exist.
Games are improving all the time technology wise. Better support, graphics, netcodes. Not to mention older games focused around Multiplayer will always end up losing players.

Same, saw the post on Facebook when it started ~4 days ago. I didn't bother (and usually don't) because there's usually a topic for these within a few minutes and the second thread just ends up getting spammed for being late. That means people already missed 66% off Portal 2, L4D, and L4D2.
