Thinking for new pc

Well guys i have need of your help. I'm planing to buy a new stuff. Because my pc is too old and most of the games are going on really low fps. I have 350€. In Bulgarian value is 700lev's. The difference between price's in the 2 value is nothing special. I mean if "nvidia GTX 480" is 400€. In LEV's would be 400 too. The price is same but the value is different. So i hope this will help you. I want my new pc to be able to play battlefield 4 and crysis 2 on high settings. Is that possible ?

It's kinda impossible because my current pc is really old. It was bought in 2006.

GPU - Nvidia GeForce 7300GT - 256 mb
CPU - AMD Athlon 64 2X Dual Core 4000+ - 2.10
RAM - 1 GB kingston....
Motherboard : unkown because it's really old (even older than my pc is :D) I've change it, because i had some issues in the past.
HDD - 150 GB - unkown.

I'm thinking of building a new pc. Because i already saw "Nvidia GTX 460/480" for 200 Leva (in bulgarian online stores)
So if it's easier for you to make the cheapest build for the both games I'll be really thankful.

All i can think of is i3-3240/7770 or 650/GA-H77-DS3H+stuff. Give a link to bulgarian online-shop if possible.
