Steam acting weird lately?

Is anyone else having issues with Steam the last couple of days? It seems like my issues are getting worse and worse.

Inventory stops showing market info after a short time
Sending a trade offer via client results in an error (20)
Sending a trade offer via browser is impossible because inventories do not load
Takes an extended period of time to add to cart due to an error
Inputting keys returns 'Invalid Product Code', but occasionally activates still
Steam going offline for extended periods and being unable to connect
Forums disappearing
Notifications not clearing
When a forum notification has been deleted or removed, clicking to clear it results in error

So... Anyone else encountering these or other issues? It feels like it's getting a bit out of hand on my end...

edit: or it's just steam being steam. It happens sometimes because of the high traffic

This has been ongoing for quite a while now. I first noticed it around 8AM EST yesterday. Sadly, I wish it was maintenance Tuesday. :c

yes they change somthing my steaminventory from the gifts are now mixed it looks now real fucked up

I fix it by clicking on random items til it loads back up. Sometimes it helps

Sadly, that wasn't cutting it for me yesterday. I had to reload the page, then 5 seconds later it stopped showing prices again. :c

One of my friends had a key that didn't activate....and then did.

Also a strange things that happened to me and discovered today.
All my gifts got randomized in place. Like, I bought in bulk some game gifts and now they're in random places.
Very strange and upsetting

Just the usual, sadly.
I have to admit though, this is the first time this year that it happened, so their reliability improved somewhat.

Another whose inventory is all in a different order than usual. Threw me off for a bit there as I thought someone might've been stealing gifts somehow.

I've had it a few times where it's logged me out and trying to log in gives an error, usually works again after an hour or so and so far only seems to be the website rather than steam client

It's been like that for me for a while , all the inventory bugs, and using browsers just lags like crazy

They did something to our client through the last update. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.

What i noticed:

Gift Inventory got mixed up for no reason ... there should be a "sorting function" but that is too much asked lol
darn Authentication Sub-Window wouldn't pop up sometimes
