I guess you could try but considering Khalaq already posted on your profile saying he WLed you to make up for it Support might not be able to do something about it because it's outside of SG. Or it's just not enough to warrant punishment... afterall we had a piece of human garbage here telling others to kill themselves and he wasn't suspended neither.
So I would say leave it at that for now, let the Blacklists flow and delete the comment later today or in a few days.

The internet is toxic and plenty of people like to insult others because it has no consequence for them.
In contrary there are also a lot of nice people out on the internet, You just might need to look harder because it doesnt always show as obvious as the insulting type.

Get Enhanced Steam, good to find a person from Steam on Steamrep, Steamgifts etc. Helps to point out impersonators, shows previous prices on games, best current deals, adds additional categories and filters for the store - it has so much useful stuff that would be extremely welcome to be implemented into the official client as well.

So today I just recieved a notification on my account. It was an insult on my profile from someone I've never dealt with in my whole life.
The guy said something like "it's a pleasure to add to my sg blacklist a fag like you". I'm pretty sure that I have never dealt with this guy before, and despite not considering homosexual as an offence, i know he said it with the intention of insulting and I feel like this kind of toxic behaviour should be someway punished.
Thing is that this never happened to me before so I have no idea of what I could do. I'm thinking of simply ignoring him but on the other side it someway bothers me. What would you do?

User explained himself, and now I'm more calm: he called me homosexual because of the picture I have and also because of my bad public/group ratio according to his ratio standards. Also he called me terrorist because of my scarf in the picture. I'm more calm now because I know him.
