[Suggestion] RELIST option for giveaways with no winner

My suggestion is to make it easier to create giveaway after the GA ends when there was no winner (ZERO ENTRY GA).

My case: I created a bunch of GA's in a hurry, and pasted the keys directly into the GA. Some ended without winners, so I'd like to open new GA's to the public, but I don't remember which keys I used. I could create a GA, and spam the winner with all the possible keys or links, but that would be a pain. It would be nice to simply open the existing GA, change the start/end time and who can enter.
