From what I have read the Uplay client does not support pre loading, you will have to download it when it is available, I'm in the same boat :/

It's downloadable and playable from uplay if you have serial :)

definitely 14 i sat and watched it. Normally prior to downloading a game a hdd will take up 2x as much space for temporary data so most likely why steam suggests 25gb min

Hmm so i have just been playing it and i get crazy fps drops even all on low

i5 4430 3.00ghz
amd hd7850
8gb ram

my specs are not even bad i hope a patch/driver update fixes this

It may take some time but it'll get better with drivers for sure, but this can kinda suck if it becomes unplayable now..

Try changing "max frames in GPU" and set it to 1, see if it helps. I had the same problem until I changed this, now I run smooth in High.

I have a HD7950 and a i5 2500 3.3 GhZ.

It's probably Russian language only.

Even Steam has separate exe for Russia, so it's unlikely it can be modded for English or any other language.

You have access to every possible language on install.. just like with AC4.

The only thing is it was sold as "Watch Dogs Special Edition" but what the hell did Special Edition mean 6 months ago, and there's no way for me to verify if I got any xtras :\
