Fallout 4, The Witcher 3, or Skyrim?
now it's between skyrim and witcher 3 SO HARD TO CHOOSE!

I can only voted based on the one I have played, I'm too poor to own Fo4 or W3.
I'm not sure how many thousands of hours I have sunk into Skyrim (don't let my Steam time fool you)
both with and without mods.

Who hasn't played Skyrim yet even.
W3 is the best with difference.

Fallout 4 is a huge disappointment. If you want a Fallout game, better choose Fallout: New Vegas.
The Witcher 3 is a masterpiece. Even its dlcs are excellent. There's nothing in it that you won't like.
Skyrim is also good, but compared to The Witcher 3, it's a mediocre game. :/

I haven't played Fallout 4. Of the other two Witcher 3 is probably the better game - but with mods Skyrim can be pretty much endless entertainment.

Ever since I've gotten The Witcher 3 I haven't touched Skyrim. And this is coming from someone who at one point had Skyrim on his profiles as his most favourite game (before I got Witcher). I also have Fallout 4 but I haven't played it yet so can't comment on it. From what I hear from those who have played it, it's a bad Fallout game but a good shooter.

Personally, I would say Witcher 3. Skyrim would be second and I wouldnt even consider Fallout 4 from what I've seen. I would get Witcher 3 now then by the time you finish it, steam summer sale should be around the corner and you could probably pick up Skyrim for under $10 then, the original one that is, not the new special edition BS they came out with (more mods that work on the original).

Out of the three, I've only played Skyrim, around 900 hours. (The other two are on my wishlist).
Modded Skyrim is a one-of-a-kind experience because you can truly make the game yours. There are mods for anything you can think of. Check out the Skyrim Nexus.
Vanilla Skyrim was a pretty cool experience back in November 2011, but I don't think it would hold up today. If you get Skyrim, plan on sinking quite a bit of time into researching and downloading mods.
I suspect The Witcher 3 would be the best choice for you, based on the story. Bethesda games are not usually known for their story...

decent story

Yeah, I was a bit confused about that, especially given the poll's lack of inclusion for New Vegas. It felt like more like a 'pick the correct answer' multiple-choice question than it did a survey of opinions. :P
Of course, I notice New Vegas is the only Fallout/TES game already in their library, so it's likely the OP is under the mistaken impression that all Bethesda games are up to the level of Obsidian's always respectable design work, and is simply unaware of how barebones and lackluster Bethesda's own design approach is generally considered to be.
Perhaps we should be recommending Obsidian games, instead. :P

I want a game with decent graphics, decent story, but most of all an immersive environment and in general just a good game to spend my time with.
