According to Allkeyshop for the season pass it's HRK Game with 22,29 €. ITAD only starts with Steam at 24,99 €.
But CDKeys is offering the GOTY for 20,49 € Using a GOTY Steam code should overwrite your existing Fallout license, since the GOTY just contains base game + DLC and isn't another app ID.
