They are out of keys, and can not sell it at this time.

I do know a friend with a copy in his inventory though.

He only has the original, not the Gold version. And I'm not sure if he would be open to a trade, I'd need to check with him when he is online.

Serbia is in the EU2 region on Steam. Russia has its own price region.

Got curious and did it myself:

US - $10
UK - £7.50
Northwestern Europe - €10
Southern and Eastern Europe - €10
Germany - €10
Brazil - R$17.50
Australia - $10
Mexico - $10

Those are -50% prices. It's not available in Russia, Japan and the 14 non-Russia former Soviet countries (UA region).
