Pretty much this. You can't blame someone for something they didn't know.
Not wanting to use it is a good point too. Maybe people don't want to use it because they don't want to install browser addons or they don't like parts of it (I personally don't use it because although it has lots of useful features, it also has features that annoy me, like the stationary top bar).
Support just "officially" added filtering out games we have, maybe he asked because he was hoping support could make that an official, site-integrated feature too.

I have an idea. Don't you think it would be nice for games that are on our wishlist to stand out on the page?
Like have a star in front of them, or have a colored border, just to see them faster, and not pass them when browsing the pages.
I already know that our wishlist is imported from steam, so this wouldn't be so hard to do.
Any thoughts?
