Can I create a giveaway for the keys that might not work?

I had created giveaways in "İndiegala" but there was a problem with giveaways and become inaccessible(Didn't give experience points too).
I think those keys are still working, but I am not sure, and I can't create giveaways for those keys for some reason(It is not about negative responses or anything as such.).
Therefore, I want to create giveaways for those keys in "SteamGifts" but I don't have replacement keys if these don't work. Can I create giveaways for those keys?

Note: If there is a way to check whether or not the keys are working, I would appreciate it if you share it. (The games already exist in my steam account, when I try to use them for checking, it says "you already have this game", so I don't think the keys have a problem.)

Indiegala tends to give like 90% working keys (imho), so many keys from here end up being created under that group

you can check the key you received through browser's devtools (F12 or Ctrl Shift I and then go to network tab and check the /ajaxregisterkey command) or by installing a steamdb script, that will show you what game is the key for (and which you couldn't add to your account)

or make another account, use the keys there and farm cards from these games :P

Thank you. I have the SteamDB tool but it only shows what game it belongs to. I presume, as long as Steam doesn't say "This key is not working" it is fine, but I am only presuming.
Sometimes, even though it didn't say "link is already used" or something like that, my giveaways don't work. I don't know whether İndiegala gave the same key to someone else or not.
