Do zou use GeForce Experience for recordin/streaming?
People tried reinstalling the complete download package from the website rather then upgrade and it seems to resolve issues for most of them

Shadowplay is the name of the recording feature in GeForce Experience. I don't have GE installed so I never tried it, but people I met in games who stream and regularly record their games told me Shadowplay is more or less the best thing to record with because it has the least performance impact than any other recording software they tried. They still prefer OBS for streaming though.

Well nVidia just updated their software GeForce Experience (enables for driver updates, certain games optimization and more importantly, hardware encoding of streams and recording videos with no CPU throttling unlike let's say, Fraps) to 3.0 and now my recording does not work anymore. I've looked a bit online and apparently it's a disaster, people are looking for ways to downgrade to 2.4 but then nVidia forces them to upgrade again... Bah... Gotta go to work, but I hope this thing gets fixed soon because I use it all the time and have removed Fraps from my PC since I switched from gtx560 to gtx950 earlier this year...
