Am I the only one who just doesn't like Skyrim?

Ehh I don't really dislike or like skyrim

I thought it was pretty bad but I can understand people getting a lot out of the mods possibly.

It's a good time waster, but I didn't consider it a great game or anything.. Character, story and combat are all really shallow. Just awesome exploring and graphically it looks fine, that's about it. Oblivion was better in that regard, haven't played any earlier TES games though.

I like to mod skyrim. Maybe i sometime play the main quest trhu..

It got repetitive and boring after a while. Bethesda has done better. I probably have at least 40 hours in Fallout 3 and I'm still playing the game. Don't even get me started on Oblivion and Morrowind.

I used to like it, then I took an arrow in the knee.

Can't play it for more then about 15 minutes now. For me I liked making a specific class for my charecter while in skyrim I feel like some kind of jack of all trades and it's kinda boring.

My opinion is that a game shouldn't need mods to be good.

I always hear people that say "I don't like Skyrim but I'm buying it for the mods", and it bugs me. WHY WOULD YOU BUY A GAME 100% FOR MODS???! What's the point in that? You're not buying a game, you're donating to the developers and playing decent free user-created stuff...

The last good Elder Scrolls game was Daggerfall

Another franchise getting progressively dumbed down and leaning towards kids with xbox and "accessibility" for causuals. I dont like it, I hate it.

I have never played it but watched a friend play it. Didn't look like it would hold my interest very long so I was glad that I saved my money.

To me Skyrim is just average. Very average. But it became one of those games nobody would shut up about, like the pinnacle of excellence, and to me that pushed it into "kind of shit" territory". Overratedness is just the poo-icing on the cake.

My last girlfriend didn't like it either.

It is the elder scrolls title with the most boring, repetitive and shallow quests.

Don't know never played it.

I just can't get into the game.

I liked it, although it was my FIRST Elder Scrolls... I have looked at the other ones as well and they look extremely fun. However, my first character got corrupted on my PS3 and it's been hard for me to start up again :'c. But, I want to grab it during the Steam summer sale and get back into it on PC. I feel like it's a brand new game.
