Not really, you just need to register, enter a basic info about yourself. Add Game and developer to your games and leave the comment. Not including registering you need like 30 sec per giveaway.

No you dont, its optional, i dont have it and i won (dota2 long time ago, when you couldn't just get it). You can skip facebook step.

They don't really check if you liked anything on FB, they just wonna spread the word.
