It's like you already assumed. "Stronghold Crusader 2 Ultimate Edition" is currently cheaper than "Stronghold Crusader 2" and SG seems to always use the full (not reduced) price from the cheapest edition. You can also see that you currently have to spent 50P to enter a giveaway for Stronghold Crusader 2 instead of the normally 40P.

Daedelic games have sometimes a bug during sales and you can see for example Edna & Harvey giveaways costing 50P on SteamGifts. It goes back to normal after the sale ends.
Regarding Stronghold Crusader 2 was the basic price always this super high like for a new AAA game (and was it always Ultimate Edition)?

Can't answer that. The answer above would explain everything, so maybe it's true. But to be true, I never looked how much the game normally costs.
Maybe it's a combination of the above reason and the fact that one of them is from Daedalic. I'll know when they are priced normal again :)

A week ago I joined a Steam group and directly after I joined I looked at my Sent/Received-stats according to SG in the group.
Funny thing, even if I only joined the group a week ago, I already had received two games according to SG - cause the GA were WL and Group and I was on the GA creators WL. Anyway, I had two received games with a value difference of -49.98 (0 sent, 49.98 received) - the games were Caravan and Stronghold Crusader 2
Then I said for myself I won't join Group only GA until my value difference is at least at 0. So I created a few GA. Yesterday then the value difference was at -29,98 and received at 49.98.
But today the value difference is at -50.01, since received changed to 89.98 (although I haven't entered/won any GA with the Group in it).
I already tried the search function and there I found out that maybe the price on Steam for the games I won has changed, but according to steamdb.info Caravan costs normally $ 9.99 and Stronghold Crusader 2 $ 39.99 - so that should be still 49.98.
Is it possible that SG is somehow confuced cause of the ongoing special offer of the two games or am I missing something?
