I will suggest Papers, Please. A game with an interesting and quite original mechanic and storytelling. Been on whislist for a looooong time, actually don't know why I don't have it yet xD
And from the games I do have, if anyone is interested and because I'm hooked to it once again: Eurotruck Simulator II. Just try it if you have the chance, even if you don't like trucks, simulators or games without "action". Just try it.

Me neither, I just have Go East. There are a lot of mods that change the landscape, some of them in a real deep way. Haven't try them out myself so can recommend any in particular. Didn't the American Truck idea start as a mod?
