Can't join giveaway?

Okay, so I'm trying to join this giveaway with a contribution level of $95, and I've contributed $95.94, yet it is telling me I cannot join the giveaway. When I click the giveaway, its telling me I still have only $77 contributed, but after my last giveaway ended it increased to $95. I'm not sure why I can't join this giveaway, is there something I'm missing?
