I won a game 5 days ago, but user who made the giveaway don't send any game :( and i see him online here or on steam.

How long should I wait to mark the game "not received"?

try to conntact the giveaway creator but if he doesnt send you the game after 7 days, you'll be able to mark the game as not recieved
