Did anyone get a refund on Humble Choice? I didn't know that it auto charges me and forgot to unsubscribe. I requested a refund but I'm not sure I'll get it because it says they don't take refunds for Choices.

You once agreed that they will autocharge you by subscribing, its just you fault not cancelling it, so if i would be you i wouldnt expect any refund and its just 12 usd, so its not that bad, atleast you would look for that more next time :D

I once refunded Humble Choice without any problem. You just need to write a ticket to their support.

Another +1.

Same story as OP, I forgot to unsubscribe from the Humble Monthly before and asked if they could issue a refund. They did and told me that they would only do this once, never had any reason to refund after that so I don't know if they mean it.

Twice now I was super confused by their subscription and billing dates. Twice in a year (maybe two) I forgot that they charge your card a week before the new bundle drops and I had thought incorrectly they charge the day before (or on) the day of the new monthly.

Both times I was told it would be a one-off deal. I'm going to do my best to not forget. I would consider myself lucky. It's a steal of a deal no matter how you look at it but if I'm not going to consume the products (rather, have no interest in what) I'm buying, why should I buy them in the first place?

When a new bundle is revealed just make your decision right away - don't wait. Either you want it, then buy it, pay and you're done with it. Or, in case you don't want it, hit pause and you're done until the next one gets revealed. Those "$6 for 6 months" coupons (in case they offered you one) complicate things a bit, but not much, you still can make your decision right away, you just have to consider that pausing drops you out of the deal.

In reference to the current (June) bundle I knew I didn't want it and my discounted subscription had already expired to the point where this June bundle would cost me full price, so I cancelled it. HB did send one of the coupons before I cancelled but I had issues trying to apply it and it would not give me any discount so I thought the coupon may have expired.

Now, a brand new one but there's no indication that any amount will be discounted (I assume I have to make it through to checkout for that to be displayed). Been using HB for years, you'd figure I could understand this by now 🤦‍♀️

HB really needs to fix that. People shouldn't have to go through 9 redundant steps just to pause only once.
Better yet, they need to have an indefinite pause!

Summited 1 ticked for a refund, cause I forgot to pause choice bundle, never got a response.

I believe you can refund it at least once as long as you haven't revealed any keys

I successfully got refunded once but it was the month right after they switched to Tuesdays and they made it clear it was the last time so it could be a roll of the dice but it's worth asking for.
Careful though, as any interaction with Humble support may lead to the "so it seems you're a trader!" trouble. You're fine if you're a European citizen.

I got a response to my email, and they gave me a complete refund. Thank you to everyone who commented on this thread.
