SGTools Custom Rules - Syntax help? Or examples?

I've spent the last few hours messing around with SGTools, and am stuck at the Custom Rules. I want to use a few specifics in there, either CV or Number of Non-Bundle Region Free, but all my tests end up with "Custom Rule Not Well Constructed."

I blame the time change for not figuring it out ;)

There is a list of custom rules there. I beleive they explain them there. Also you seperate them using ;(or , ?)

It's the syntax that I'm stuck on. An example would work best.

Nevermind, I think I got it. I was confuse by the placement of the info before the rule statement.
