Stupid question.

This is probably a stupid question but i just need a simple answer. I just bought for my dad the civilization collection and on his account the dlc's are not showing. whats going on? he only owns this collection on his account so when im on his community page i can see "view all 34 games" but when i click on it, only the actual games are those that i can see, no dlc's. so, whats going on? cause on my account the games that i have dlc's for i can see just fine.

usually you can't see dlc from the community page, but if you right click on the game from his library in the steam browser and click dlc you should see all of them listed. hope this helps

Right click on the game in the library, and click "View downloadable content". You should see lots of items and the acquisition method, and you'll know you have them.
