How to buy all the Portals and Half Lifes?

I want to buy Portal 1 and 2 and the Half Life series for the summer sale.

Do I get Portal 1 and 2 today then HLs when they go on sale?

Or just P2 and wait for the orange box?

Will the Valve Complete pack be a daily?

Valve Complete was a daily pack during the winter sale if I remember correctly.
Not sure if they do that every year.

I just remembered steamprices.com lol. It looks like the Valve pack was 50 for summer and winter 2011 sales. If I'm reading it right. Thanks for the reply!
