I honestly don't know, but there is this app called "enhanced steam", if some app can do it then this one.

This is a little bit faster since it lets you at least remove all on one page.
(1) Go to https://www.steamgifts.com/account/settings/giveaways/filters
(2). Press F12 (or open the dev console your preferred way)
(3) Paste this and press enter
$(".table__remove-default.is-clickable").click()
(4) Press F5
(5) Repeat from (3)
