mistake created a "fake giveaway"

so, last week i teached my sister about steam gifts, she said she had metro and made a giveaway for giving it for someone, the giveaway ended and she asked me for help to send the gift, i checked her steam gifts and it was empty...

then i face-palmed, she wanted to give metro wich was already activated in her games list

what can i do about it? i can't buy the game for solve that problem...

Either you buy a copy to give to that person, or you need to just suck it up and take the negative feedback. If you create more giveaways that you successfully send the gifts for it will even out.
