Contact the giveaway maker and try to work it out with them so you get a key that works for you. And in the future, check to see if a game you are entering a giveaway for might have a regional restriction on it. I can't see where you live on your profile, but if, say, RU, you might not be able to activate all your ROW or NA wins.
