Is it? I guess borderlands is about US$ 11, the rest... I might be right... Also the "~" was meaning approximate prices. As I live in Brazil.

If you put the tilde before the dollar sign: it means approximately.
If you put the tilde after the value (especially when that value is at the end of each line): it looks like you're trying to act Japanese.

I just bought it. I am in Czech Republic. I received key looking like XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX and i was able activate it on steam (game activated was "Borderlands 2 Retail"). I am downloading now and i will report once i try to run the game (to confirm its not region locked for 100%).

PS: I had to fill some address and phone because it wouldnt let me pay otherwise. But they didnt checked it at all. I put there some random Czech address and everything was OK :)
