Magicka Won't Start

So I recently won Magicka and tried to play it today but it doesn't start. I checked online and couldn't find a solution. I have an hd 4350 (not integrated). I played the demo and it worked fine but I recently reset my computer to factory settings but didn't change any hardware or software. And now the full version of the game won't work. There's not even a black screen, it says preparing to launch and then immediately goes to Magicka has stopped working.

Go to this folder on your computer:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\magicka\Dependencies

then install the xnafx31_redist
