Removed Games and Where to Find Them

Some pricey things those removed games tend out to be once they get, well, removed. Going high as a grand, some titles like Wolfenstein 2009 and Juiced 2 are quite a collector's dream at this point.

However, not every removed game is in that situation and more titles are becoming "purchasable" by us, common folk, by day thanks to grey market sites. I made this topic so I and everyone can list removed games sold in G2A, Kinguin and everywhere else in a good quantity for a good price. Alongside, lets list restrictions, recommendations to purchase those and whatever more we can.

Here's a current table of what removed games from Steam can be purchasable and their restrictions:

Fast & Furious - Showdown G2A / Kinguin RU / CIS locked. Cannot be ran from another region during the first 6 months after activation.SUB
Football Manager 2013 G2A / Kinguin Region-free version available. SUB
Football Manager 2014 G2A / Kinguin Region-free version available. SUB
Mad Riders G2A / Kinguin Region-free version available. SUB
NBA 2K15 G2A / Kinguin Region-free version available. SUB
PREY (2006) G2A / Kinguin / GAMIVO Worldwide activation key, coming from very old retail disks. Can be activated and played from anywhere. SUB
PES 2016 G2A / Kinguin RoW version. Can be activated and played from anywhere except a bunch of countries listed in the sub. SUB
PURE G2A / Kinguin Region-free version is the only one available. Last copies disponible. SUB - thanks SketCZ

The Walking Dead - Survival Instinct G2A / Kinguin RU / CIS locked. Cannot be played from another region during the first 6 months after activating it on your account. SUB
Transformers - Rise of the Dark Spark G2A RU / CIS locked. Cannot be played from another region during the first 6 months after activating it on your account. SUB

Kinguin mentions Disney mega pack includes pure, g2a doesn't, which one is true?

Bought Extreme but i dunno if that was wise if you want everything from Disney at one point, i thought i saw the mega pack at 10 before, but maybe i am wrong.

The Disney Mega Pack Wave 2 indeed doesn't include PURE, don't know about the other being sold at Kinguin but it probably does, package info here. If you want only Pure anyway I would recommend the Extreme Racing Pack.

List needs an update? Alan Wake got into steam again and it's going for $3 the "whole" franchise (two games+dlc). So much for a "rare" title lol.

Hi there, I purchased a Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions from a g2a seller but the moth@!f#u@*er put a code for The Amazing Spider-Man Retail (RU) instead which was activated even being my account placed in Europe.

So obviously I have made a dispute to the seller so I can get refunded but I'm also worried about the activation since the region lock things and steam policies, what should I do? delete the game asking steam support to do it?

If a game activated then it's because it was valid in the region you're in, regardless of what the name or the description says. So don't worry about it.

So the moral of the story is you should check out g2a and Kinguin. I'm not sure we need a chart for this.

Okay, im confused and a bit

lets say I buy 007 Legends which is region locked and activate it through VPN; are you sure the region lock disappears after some time or how does this works exactly?

The Extended edition has all the DLCs for Afterfall Insanity, Afterfall Reconquest Episode 1 is a separate game so it isn't included.

Afterfall Insanity is an awesome game and the DLC basically adds an arena but it is a lot of fun to play through as well.
The "sequel" episode game isn't as good and is in black and white? But hey it's a sequel in a sense so if you liked the first you will want to play the sequel.
